Bloomfield, Connecticut Solar Project
We supported the purchase of a 500 kW ground mount and parking canopy solar project in Bloomfield, Connecticut for a tax credit investor. Our client, a national bank, wanted to enter a sale leaseback transaction to leverage the tax credits available to the project. We helped them structure and negotiate the transaction, conduct their due diligence and execute. The project is performing well and the client is seeking out other opportunities for investment.
