Handy Law supported the implementation of a comprehensive energy efficiency by communities across southern Rhode Island where consultants were hired to audit all municipal facilities and then propose engineered solutions promised to save much more than they cost. We oversaw the development of the agreements to implement the program and assisted with its implementation.
